2017 Brash Higgins South Australian McLaren Vale and Riverland Derailer

This is a mixture of Fiano, Vermentino and Chenin Blanc: the bestest of bestest white grapes, barring Arneis, Grenache Blanc and Pinot Blanc. The 2017 Brash Higgins (American, Brad Hickey) South Australian McLaren Vale and Riverland Derailer smells of lemon, or soft bed linen, or a hot and salty sea. The palate is short and sharp, with citrus again. Could go well with pesto pasta, beer-battered chips or corned beef.
